I went up to Dundee for a night out with my siblings, after a few drinks in spoons (a fine establishment) my brother (male, 22) was rejected by one member of security staff for 'being too drunk'. I on the other hand, a 'lightweight' and in a much worse condition than he was, was accepted twice into the club and on a third attempt I was finally rejected for 'my attitude' after stating my brother was a young male and he was no where near as drunk as another customer (female - crying just outside the door). That evening, intermittantly between 1am and 5am I was able to draft a well written email to the manager stating all the above facts in my complaint, I went over this the next day to edit only 2 spelling mistakes (clearly I wasnt that drunk). The general manager got back to me via email on several occasions suggesting a call to discuss my issue. Now this is about our 4th or 5th planned call date, with yet again no contact. Very dissappointing as we specifically went to Dundee to attend 'Club T'. I understand this is a fairly pety issue but if the staff cannot be bothered to handle easy to deal with, minor complaints then how can we expect anything else for more important issues.
